In relation at human resources, a constant policy of rewarding employees, contributing in a active and direct way to the implementation of the sustainability in the Group, in the most variated ways. Financial discipline, control of all type of costs and rationalization of resources in order to reduce waste, reducing the negative effects which these actions may have in the environment.
– Internationalization – Conscious of the globalization of the markets, MARCOSÓLIDO has been always active to check new investment opportunities in international markets. Spain, France and Germany are the markets where the Group holds high know-how and experience, being in constant search for new projects and markets.

Each time more, our strategy goes through the approach to new international markets. It became an exigence for us to leave from our confort zone, looking for new growth business opportunities and take our experience and knowledge to new countries.
Over the last years, it has been our strategy. We passed the Portuguese border and we went to Spain, and more recently, to France and Germany.
With differences of action, these two market expositions has shown that we took the right direction by choosing the strategy of internationalization; in the Spanish market through the Group’s holding created in 2004, we took all our technical and highly qualified know-how for the edification of various projects. At the French market, we have a clear investment in new buildings and in urban rehabilitation markets, which have increasingly growth in this market.
This commitment puts together the tradition, experience and constant innovation. A strong combination that is present in our DNA, which contributes in a decisive way to increase the knowledge, methodologies of work and to open new horizons, inside and outside of the MARCOSÓLIDO.
